CASE15 improves cervical spine problems

long-term strain

5 months to successfully solve the problem

Client JESSY works in a clerical job and does not exercise much on weekdays. Due to poor posture, her quadratus muscle is severely fibrotic, which is tighter than a stone, resulting in frequent neck pain and hand numbness. Through long-term manual therapy and diet, we gradually relieved the fibrosis problem and restored the elasticity of the muscles, and successfully solved her neck pain and hand numbness.

After the pain was nearly finished, we started to train her muscles. Because the amount of exercise was too low, her entire body was very tight, so we arranged full-body strength training and coordination training, hoping to reduce the chance of re-injury.
